- Grammar and/or other such queries;

We undertake to respond to your query as soon as practicable, however please note that our response time can sometimes depend on the nature of your request and your place in the queue. Please remember we are not a translation service, but can answer simple translation queries and/or refer you to a certified interpreter or translator for further assistance.
